First Year Done!

One more day and the first year will be done. 

This has been my space and my team, two Teaching Assistants, three students in a support class, countless meetings and a great team of teachers who have welcomed me and my "ways" in a wonderful way. 

The Up's have been WAY up and the Down's have been WAAAAYY down. There is no doubt that this year has stretched me personally and professionally. I have grown and been challenged and I have come to realise that I bring a great deal expertise to my role but I simply cannot take all the credit, if it wasn't for the amazing mentors and people who supported me in the years before I came here I would not have been as successful as they say I am .... YOU are the ones that set me up for success and it is your talents and expertise that I have brought with me.
