It looks like mashed potatoes but NO it is lard...and fried bread with the fatty part of bacon. Such interesting foods....

but nothing beats pyrogies and beer with pickled tomatoes, carrots and cabbage salad

and beautiful, yummy coffees!!!

 

 

 but we like our food best...apple, blueberry crisp and banana, chocolate, coconut, oatmeal muffins!!! (this time it was Shawna'a turn to bake) and Gene's Szechuan beef and baked chicken. 👌
